Beautiful.You know,these creatures are called Rusalkas.There are two types,girls who suffered tragic death,connected with water and love (ranging from performing suicide after they got kicked out of home because of illegitimate child over dying at wedding night to being killed and having body tossed in water by ex) that kill until  their death is avenged and true mermaids,that take human to transform them invodanoyi,male rusalkas so they could marry them (I don't know what  they would do for divorce).
